This is an example of one of our larger offices. Here are the specifications and features of this building with some extra details that maybe of some interest to you.
- Shell Building - the shell building includes an insulated floor, wall membrane, and holes for the doors and windows
- Felt Tiles - this is a more durable option than the standard green mineral felt. This building is finished in grey felt tiles
- Doors & Windows - this building consists of 4 x 1774mm wide softwood Cottage windows and 2 x softwood Northfield doors. They include full 22mm double glazing and locking furniture
- Insulation & Lining - this building is insulated with 50mm thick polystyrene in the floor, walls and ceiling. The walls and ceiling have been lined with 12mm thick plasterboard, and then skimmed by a plasterer.
- Superior Exterior Finish - the exterior cladding has been hand treat with 2 coats of Teknos ivory/white treatment, which provides approximately 5 years protection
- Guttering - the building has been fitted with white, half round guttering to provide drainage
- Internal Partition Walls - the building contains three partition walls to create an additional internal room and a toilet area. these comprise of timber studding and plasterboard
- Verandah - the building contains a 4ft verandah. The verandah is finished with timber decking, a TGV soffit and balustrading
- Groundwork - the building has been erected on concrete pads and 6"x2" sawn tanalised sub-frame
- Other costs to consider are - electrical installations, telecommunications, plastering and decorating are not included in the cost. However, we do work with reliable sub-contractors that would be happy to give you a price to meet your requirements
