Feedback

We are currently working with a third party survey company called Working Feedback. If you have ever purchased a timber building off of us, or if you have just paid our show site a visit.. we would like to know your feedback. Whether you have had a good experience or a bad experience, either way, we want to know your thoughts. We are always thriving to improve our customer service and sales department etc. If you want to give us your feedback, then you can email Gabi (gabi@phoenixtimberbuildings.co.uk) to request a feedback card, or you can just put your feedback in an email, and you can send it back to us freepost.
